In this interactive mircolearning course, a learner will understand the definition and steps of the sandwich feedback method, identify when this method is useful in business, and understand the potential drawbacks of the method. Learners apply what they have learned in an interactive scenario and check their understanding with knowledge check questions - all in under 10 minutes!
Please keep in mind that the ADDIE model is iterative, so there may be some discrepancies between the final product and storyboard.
